Once you choose your dream home, it is time to put it in writing. We know how to make your offer irresistible to the seller without overpaying.  Once the seller accepts your offer, it becomes an effective agreement. Then you can relax and enjoy the adventure. We have the expertise.

We encourage you to examine the condition of your future home.  Most contracts include an inspection period, during this time you are welcome to hire your own home inspector, choose from our list of trusted licensed home inspectors or self-inspect.  Regardless of your choice, your Brokers United realtor will accompany you through this process and negotiate on your behalf.

An appraisal is an opinion of value. A licensed appraiser is an unbiased  third party hired to determine the market value of the house. If you are financing, your lender requires an appraisal of the property. Most lenders will finance the lesser of the purchase price or appraised value minus the required down payment. By knowing the market value of the house, you will feel confident with your purchase.

Once all the contingencies have been cleared and you have approved the closing disclosure, it is time to do a walk-through. This final inspection gives you peace of mind that the property remains in the same condition as when first inspected. Next, we complete the paperwork. Then, the keys are yours. Congratulations!!
